PRIVACY POLICY

Who we are

Camp Oliver is a youth basketball camp in Tampa, FL, founded and led by Coach Desmond Oliver. This policy explains how this website (campoliverbasketball.com) handles information. Questions? Email camp_oliverllc@yahoo.com.

What this website collects

We don't use advertising pixels, cookies or analytics trackers of our own on this website.

The contact form does not send anything to our servers. Pressing Send opens your own email app with your message filled in — we receive only what you choose to email us.

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (GoDaddy) automatically records basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time — to run and protect the site, and adds a small script that measures how quickly pages load.

Registration and payments

Camp registration and payment happen on Camp Network, the secure third-party registration platform our Register buttons open. Camp Network and its payment processor handle that information under their own privacy policies and terms. We receive the registration details needed to run camp.

How we use information

We use the information you send us to answer your questions, run camp sessions and keep you updated about camp. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we share it only with the service providers that help us run camp (such as our registration platform, website host and email provider) or when the law requires it.

Children's privacy

Camp Oliver serves young athletes, but this website is meant for parents and guardians, who complete registration. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has sent us information, email camp_oliverllc@yahoo.com and we'll delete it.

Keeping information safe

We keep information only as long as we need it to run camp and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please don't email sensitive details such as medical or payment information.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete information you've sent us by emailing camp_oliverllc@yahoo.com.
